Not sure what you're asking - can you link a Discover Card to your PayPal Account?   If that's what you have in mind, then Yes.

You cannot use a credit card to make PayPal Credit (formerly called BillMeLater) payments.  You can pay your PayPal Credit bill using your bank account or your PayPal balance.
