Can't complete purchase!

I have been using Paypal/Bill Me Later for a ton aof transactions lately, without problems. Until now. I have been trying to make a purchase at Grizzly Tools, and here's how it unfolds. I put the item in my cart at Grizzly, and proceed to checkout. I select Paypal as my payment option, and then log in to Paypal. Once done there, I am sent back to Grizzly. When I try to complete the order, I get an error message stating that there was a communication error with Paypal, and I should try again or select a different payment method (which I don't wish to do). So, I've tried again, several times with the same results. When I log in to Paypal, I see two seperate transactions for the same item, that are "pending". When I called Grizzly, they told me the problem is with Paypal, and they show no record of the order(s). They also say I cannot make the purchase using Paypal over the phone, only online. I also emailed Grizzly, and they asked me what browser, operating system, internet service provider, etc. that I was using. I figured from this that it may be one of those things. So, I tried placing the order on my wife's smart phone. Same exact results. I tried making the purchase on my computer at work, which uses a different OS than my home computer. Same exact results. I contacted PayPal, and the said they would remove the two incomplete pending transactions, but now I have a third due to my subsequent attempts. It seems to me tha PayPal is saying that it's Grizzly's fault, and Grizzly is saying it's PayPal's fault, and both seem to suggest that the problem is just "somewhere out there", and can't be pinned down. I'm just frustrated and want to make my purchase. I must use PayPal for this transaction, and I want to make the purchase at Grizzly because their price for this item is anywhere from $10 to $40 or more dollars elswhere for the same exact item. Can't the two get together and figure out what the **bleep** is going on?

Well, since nobody has even seen this post, I figured this is a great time to update. On Grizzly's site, I saw in their "help" section that you CAN use Bill Me Later to order on the phone, skipping the website mess. That is ultimately where my purchase would end up, so I called to place my order. Then I find out that I needed to start a completely new Bill Me Later account, and then figure out how to get Bill Me Later to combine the two! No thanks. Why make it more complicated than it needs to?

Ok, further developments for all those millions out there who care! It appears the problem is on Grizzly's end, and now they advise me to use an older browser to make the purchase. While it doesn't make sense to me, as I've tried it using Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 8 & 11, and my wife's smart phone. So now their "PayPal Team" is working on it. None of it makes any sense to me. I can't be the only person who uses paypal on their site. Someone out there has to know what the heck is going on.
