Can't make a purchase more than once per day?

Hello, i would like to know what is happening due to getting a merchant error.

I could buy a first time service, but when i wanted to buy other product this error came up.

I already contacted paypal and they told me to ask here for help, so i hope i can be helped.

So, I would think this PayPal card is already linked to your account so that is not the issue.  Were you trying to pay as guest?  Or did you log in to pay? Seeing that it is a online gaming site, that might pose an issue, as gaming sites are risky and PayPal have put a limit on those sites.

If you are paying with a credit card, make sure you specify at checkout that you are using a credit card and not your PayPal account.

I am logged in whenever i try to purchase, also my credit card is as default payment.

i'm sure my card has money into it, but for some reason i keep getting this error. i don't know what is happening.

Log out before you try to make a purchase.  Your credit card is for credit card puchase.  If you want to use your PayPal balance then use PayPal.
