Earlier today I went to go order a monitor on best buy's website for store pick up. I had 243.15 in my paypal account to use in ordering the item. The total price of the item was 304.14, I figured I'd use the 243.15 and put the rest on my credit card. However when I went to place the order I got an error message stating "We're sorry, we're unable to process your order with PayPal at this time. Please use another form of payment to proceed with your order". I ended up going through with the order again and went through without any problems. However I noticed that the full 304.14 looked like it was charged to my credit card. I ended up cancelling the order from best buy and it refunded it
That is the info right there for the refund.

However the 243.15 never got put back into my paypal account and I have a pending status on my cancelled order in paypal

I wonder when you cancel an order that is paid half credit card and half paypal does the full amount go back on the credit card and did the full amount end up being credited back to my credit card?
I just want to know because I don't want to lose the 243.15 from my paypal account

That is what I figured I'd have to do. Just hoping I wasn't double charged for the glitch. Best buy did refund the order on their end and the pending status refers to the order that was cancelled. WIll contact CS
