Claiming payment

I've sold an item, but the buyer keeps asking me to log into pay pal to accept the payment. But I don't know how to do this? The payment has not yet shown up in my transactions, therefore I assume until it does I cannot accept the payment? Thanks

Ask the buyer if the word unclaimed has a cancel option next to it then come back as there is a different solution if there is to if there is not.
