Debit Card

When ever I try to type in my debit card for payment options it doesnt let me do it and I have no clue why and the card is stil working and valid so I have no clue why its not working

I have a prepaid MOMENTUM Visa Debit card. I get my payroll automatically deposited onto this card. Can I use this card to receive money off Paypal??? Thanks

No.  In the U. S. you can only withdraw to a bank account or by check.

Is the card registered at the website on the back of the card?  PayPal needs to be able to verify/cross reference the card owner info with the info in your PayPal account.  Be warned that not all prepaid cards are accepted for use with PayPal.
