Dispute payment made as a guest?

Freaking out here.  Recently bought two items separately from a non-eBay site, but was accidentally not logged in for one of them. The seller told me the items aren't in stock, but has ignored all my emails since.  I can't get in touch with the owners of the site, either.  I was able to open a dispute for the one transaction, but not the other.  I found posts on here saying to contact Customer Service, but I just got an automated thing.  I followed all the steps, but after saying the amount of the transaction, it told me there was no record of it on my account, even though I said my issue was with a guest payment.  I have the receipt number, but was never asked for it.  Please help!

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

OR

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I tried not saying or doing anything while calling, but the automated lady just keeps repeating herself.  I shudder to think how much money I've wasted trying to get help that way.  I'll try the Facebook thing, but I'm not too optimistic.

Then you either keep ignoring or just say the word AGENT.
