Can't complete payment!:

When paying for my shopping cart buyincoins com, it connects me to paypal but at the end of the process confirming payment I get this error message:

ERROR 500 A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.   If you need any help, please contact services buyincoins com

I've e-mailed buyincoins and I tried using firefox instead of safari as they suggested but the same problem.

In firefox I see an option to enter my credit card info-another and still get the error message at the end.

I've checked my phone and address/mailing address in buyincoins my account info vrs paypal account info and changed them to match the spellings exactly and still get the error message at the end.

My order with buyincoins expired for lack of payment so I had to fill my shopping cart again and at the end still get the same error message. 

Anyone know what the problem is?

Error 500 is a 'catch-all' error generated by the Web server.  You do get at least some additional info but, that may not be the root cause.  Don't think that this is a client-side problem.   You try contacting Technical Support to see what their thoughts are:

You could also try some easy stuff like deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history.  If you've already done that, perhaps if possible, a different computer.

I just cleared all that in firefox and tried again and same error at the end.

I've e-mailed paypal, I'll see if I get a reply otherwise I'll try your developer e-mail after.
