Hi
This is the whole error message:
This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant.
Your purchase couldn't be completed
There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later.
I get this message when i try to pay my orders. Somebody told me that this happen when you are paying orders from different internet stores.
I changed settings in paypal to "No, allow multiple payments per invoice ID" but i still recive the same error.
Can somene please tell me how to fix this?
It could be problem with merchant's PayPal account but i doubt it because i am buying stuff trom two different sellers.

There's nothing to fix on your side as you are the buyer. The merchant or seller is using the "invoice" variable in the item button code. If the merchant is not changing the invoice number dynamically each time the item button is used, the same number gets sent to PayPal each time. Because the system recognizes that the invoice has already been paid, should a second customer try to purchase the same item, he or she will get the following message: "This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant".
It's up to the merchant to turn this feature off in their PayPal account or generate a new invoice number each time. (They would need to select Profile, under My Selling Tools, Block Payments, select Update, look for Payment Receiving Preferences.)
As for you getting the same message from two different sellers, that's interesting for sure. One thought for a possible root casue is "cookies": The chances of you finding two merchants with same issue would be quite amazing. Suggest deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history. Then close the browser, reopen it and retry if you want.

Thanks or your answer.
Deleting cookies temp and history files does not fix the problem.
I also tried to pay through paypal from two other computers and get the same error.
I tried to buy product from third seller and again the same error.
I get this error only on this site http://www.agreetao.com/.
I wanted to buy there because they are the cheapest. Now i bought product on aliexpress.com through paypal without any problem.
Is it possible that the sellers on that site are deliberately bloking paypal option to buyers and force them to choose other method of paying (western union, webmoney, bank transfer)?

From experience with working with PayPal, the message is a result of the seller's or merchants code configuration. The "cookie" suggestion was just a thought as I have seen some goofy stuff over the years. As far as anything being deliberately coded, that's anyone's guess.

hi friend, i am from Australia, ever bought from www.agreetao.com using paypal, no problem, really cheap. So, if you have questions about them, you could email them, hope this would help you to solve the problem. If you really would like to buy them, you may also ask them to use Paypal to send you an invoice, and attached the item link, then you pay to their paypal account directly, it is also safe.
