I am about to use PayPal to make a payment of about 11,000 South African Rand. Its for holiday, self catering accommodation whict I am intending to book for use in Febuary 2017.
1] Do i have puyer protection cover until Feb. 2017
2] How do I know what exchange rate Paypal will apply BEFORE I click on accept/pay

2. Exchange rates change on a daily basis but this may give you an idea.

Also you can see how much paypal are going to charge your funding source before you click submit to pay.
