Click on add funds just below your paypal account balance and follow the on screen prompts.
BUT you don't need to add your funds to your paypal account if you are a buyer as paypal will take directly from any funding source you have linked to your paypal account.
If you ONLY have a bank account linked then it may take a few days to clear through to the seller BUT if you have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well then paypal will CREDIT the seller for you and paypal will take the wait for your funds to transfer from your bank account.
If you decide to use a debit or credit card then it is instant.
