Help with Payments regarding giftcards

Hello, I have a question regarding giftcards. If I were to link a giftcard such as a GameStop giftcard to my account, will I be able to use this giftcard on sites like Ebay that take PayPal?

If it is a Visa or MasterCard brand of GameStop gift card, I would imagine you can.  But if not, you can only use it exclusively at GameStop stores and their website.

This card is from Bing Rewards, (soon to be Microsoft Rewards). I am not sure what brand this would be.

It has restrictions on it.  It can only be used at GameStop.com or ebgames.com

It is not a credit or debit card.

Read the restrictions at the bottom of your image. If the card had a Visa or MasterCard logo on it, then yeah, you can probably be able to use it on other things and at other stores and link it to your PayPal.  But hey, try to add it to PayPal and see.  It probably won't go through.
