How can I have money transeferred back to my pay pal from card?

I transferred money to my bank account it keeps saying cant veryify and I did it twice to two different ones and I really need my money.

Before you tried the transfer, did you successfully link and confirm your bank account, meaning, you received the two small deposits on your bank records, then recored both deposits in your PayPal Account to confirm the account?
