Is there any way I can use 2 different credit cards to pay for one item. I have one gift card with a limited amount of money left on it (Visa) and then I can use anothe credit card for the rest of the balance.

Not possible to split payments. Funds can only come from one source, i.e., your account balance, a credit card or you bank account.

So the best bet would be to transfer the money from the visa gift card to the account, and then make the payment from the funds available on the account? I'm looking at a similar situation, myself. Got a $25 Visa gift card, but the items I want to buy on ebay will come out to ~$29. so I'll have to transfer that ~$4 in and then do it all from one location?
