How to know the invoice is UNDER Category GOODS or SERVICES

Recently I am trying to buy things from cross-border and the seller is using paypal to receive his money. He has now sent me an INVOICE. But the problem starts here that the INVOICE DOESN'T SHOW WEATHER IT IS MADE UNDER THE CATEGORY GOODS OR UNDER SERVICES???

Clearly I am buying GOODS(laptop parts) from the seller.PAYPAL BUYER PROTECTION can only protect me for transaction of goods. 

Now how should  confirm that the INVOICE bears GOODS category or not??

Sellers send an invoice for goods / services you don't select which.

What you need to do is make sure that invoice accurately describes the item as physical goods and a full description of type of item etc as if you are not buying from ebay then paypal can't view the item description as they can with an auction.
