I have been trying to link my Paypal Debit Master card to my paypal and it comes up with "We are not able to process your request. Please try again later." i have even tried to Buy something with paypal log in then enter in my information then "We were unable to verify this card. Please review and make sure that the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please enter a different card." reply and help ASAP please and thankyou
