Hello,

I just wanna ask why my account was included in the 21 days HOARDING period? It very much unfair since I am not like the others who sell goods/stuffs that are being paid before being delivered to their customers. In my case it is the opposite since I am receiving my salary/compensation through paypal. I already rendered my services ro the outputs for my client before I am compensated. Therefore before my clients would send me my compensation/salary they already reviewed  the output of my job the time trackers etc. it is already a service rendered and a legal receivable for me as professional service provider. So why is my money being held by you for 21 days for each weekly transaction? I am already entitled for that since it's already delivered to the clients way before they decided to pay me. Service rendered is way different from selling goods that needs payment first before it will be delivered to the buyer that may have some issues. Service rendered before getting paid went to lots of processing from the client before they decided to pay (e.g audit time trackers, job/work schedules, and quality of work/output). So if there are any issues they wouldn't pay us. They won't send any payments until they are sure that that is the right compensation for the service rendered. Another question is what if my client would want to send me some incentives and bonuses for a job well done by next week...are still going to hoard it for another 21 days? I think you should do something about it. You should have a different account for goods/stuffs sellers and regular salary/compensation account holders since they are way to far different.

When a buyer /customer pays you, they are paying for goods OR SERVICES.

You are selling a service.

So now tell me, if you are an employer will you pay a service contractor without checking completely whether his/her work was correct and free from any error or issues? Well in my case, if I were the employer I won't do that. I will completely check first all the work done by the contractor if it was done perfectly according to my desired output. I will only send the money after I am sure that there are no more issues. But in your case since you don't know the difference between selling goods/stuffs versus service RENDERED go ahead pay your contractor first before he render his service.
