Instant payment notification

please can someone help - I'm trying to setup an IPN, and follow the instructions for how to do it, but the buttons/link simply are not where the insx state?! 

Could someone posts screenshot please of where it is because the list below simply doesn't work -

Log in to PayPal and go to Profile > My Selling Tools.
Update the Instant Payment Notification settings and click the "Choose IPN Settings" button.
Enter the Notification URL: *********
Then if not already selected, select Receive IPN Messages (Enabled) and save.

It's been a few days now Ncpphotos ... did you find a solution. I'm having the exact same problem.

I know this post is nearly a year old but, has anyone figured out a solution to this problem? The instructions directing me to the IPN settings simply do not exist anymore and I really need to figure out why.
