Linking Bank account problem. Umpqua Bank.

Hello, to whom this may concern;

My name is Cody Langford. I am recieving an error,

 "The account you entered would need additional review. Please link a different bank account.

If you would still like to use this bank account, you may fax us a copy of the bank statement with the two amounts PayPal deposited in your bank account shown and a copy of your driver's license or other photo I.D. You must use this form for your fax cover sheet and send the fax to (402) 537-5780."

What I do not understand is " Fax a copy of the bank statement with the (two) ammounts PayPal deposited in your bank account"

I haven't tried transferring money to my bank account yet. Though I had a friend donate me a trial dollar to see if I could. But I was unable too. So if I haven't received or transfered anything from PayPal to my bank account, what advice do you have for me to successfully activate this. Thank you!

You first must complete the account verification process.  Then you will be able to use your account.  All you need to do is send the requested info back to PayPal.   Send a copy of your bank statement which shows the 2 two deposits as instructed.
