I recently got a email saying "starting today, money from payments you receive will no longer be placed in a pending balance and will be immediately available to you". So I just got a payment and now it says its unclaimed. My bank card won't link with paypal and when I called my bank they said I should find another way to verify instead of linking with bank. I thought I was suppose to get my money asap why is it always twist, turns and mazes dealing with paypal, I know you guys want to be safe and protective but this is ridiculous.
This happened to me, and after 30 days of not being able to resolve it. Paypal just sent the money back and told me sorry, we will refund your money, but they never did. Now I'm out the cash and had to complain to BBB and FTC.
So you should escalate the complain now vs. later.
