Hi, I Made A Transition ANd sent 48.30 to this guy, and he sent it back, and what paypal did was it sent back the fee, 1.70, so i now have 50 Dollars, but what paypal did, it sent the money BACK to the credit card, but note its a GIFT visa debit card from walmart, and Gift credit cards cannot be reloaded, so the money is not in my paypal account nor the gift card, so what do i know? 😞 i really need this money back, please help ASAP
You have to contact the card issuer to get the credit applied to the card. Dealing with prepaid non-reloadable cards can be a challenge and when it comes to refunds, you need to work with the card issuer.
