Can i get money transferred to me if i don't have a bank Account or Credit card/Debit card. And then could i be able to use that money to Purchase somthing on Ebay?
Your PayPal account may have a sending limit. Log in to your PayPal account and click on the "View Limits" link on your PayPal Account Overview page to see what limits you have and for instructions on how to lift the limits.
