Can someone who is NOT a member of paypal send money to someone who is? I started walking thru the steps and it eventually asked for a logon.
No, if you don't have a PayPal account you can't send money to anyone.
Is that kind of new? Up to 2 years ago it seemed that I could accept payment from members of my flag football team for team registration. I recall they were not all members. But no more?
