Hey! if you're reading this, I really appreciate it. But the problem I'm having is that on the website opskins.com, When i chose to pay with paypal, it says "Paypal has declined your payment." I have a prepaid visa card linked and it has $20 on it and im making a 20$ purchase on the website, Theres no tax, if that matters at all. Thanks and im hoping i can have help solving this soon. Thanks!

As its a virtual item then its unlikely paypal will accept a pre paid card as payment for it.
