I just used Pay After Delivery days ago. Now at Ebay checkout, the only option I have is my debit card. I've made sure my paypal's preferred payment is PAD & unlinked my paypal and relinked it on Ebay. The seller I'm attempting to buy from is the same seller I paid using PAD. Any other methods? Or reasons as to why PAD is suddenly unavailable?
