Rcently I've run into the negative on my PayPal account a couple times when my PayPal account was too low, but my bank account had enough to cover the ballance when I"m sending payment. In the past PayPal has always "rolled over" into the bank account I have on file to make up the ballance, or into my PPCC, but for some reson it's not doing that now. Any thoughts?
