So a friend of mine wants to send me a donation to my PayPal account. The problem is that he (for some reason) can't/won't signup for PayPal. He said that he can buy things using his phone's airtime, or "minutes", and that this is how he purchased his Runescape Premium account. I'm very new to the whole transferrence of airtime to money, and would like to know how he can send the funds to my Paypal without him using a PayPal account.

Welcome to the Community!

Airtime is not a payment funding method allowed via PayPal, but a payment may be able to be made with a credit card without a PayPal account. Try sending a money request to your friend's email, and he can take a look at the options available.
