I have a Canadian account but have US funds available. Can I use those funds to make a purchase? I tried it once before and it took it out of my Canadian funds and converted.
You may need to change your Primary currency to US first to use the US funds in your Paypal account. Paypal converts the funds from CAD to USD if your default currency is CAD. You can change it by clicking on your Paypal Balance>Manage Currencies.
