Hi
I have a problem receiving a payment from ClixSense into my Paypal account.
I created my Paypal account in order to recieve my earnings from ClixSense into it.
I've attempted to do it twice, but it hasn't worked so far.
In my ClixSense transactions tab it appears as Withdrawal Return.
In my Paypal account I've received only $0.01 (one cent) both of these times.
I've sent a ticket to ClixSense Helpdesk.They repplied that it happens because it's
the first time I request a payment into my Paypal account, and I need to accept the payment
first.The problem is that I don't know how to do that in my Paypal account, I can't find any button I have to click on to
accept that payment 😕
Here's the exact message I received from ClixSense, I´m posting it so you can have a better idea
of the issue:
Why did I receive a $0.01 payment instead of my cashout?
Before we send any Paypal payments we send a 1 cent verification payment to make sure your account is active and the email is valid. We need you to login to your Paypal account and accept this payment. If the payment fails then we need you to check your Paypal account or your Paypal email on your ClixSense profile.
We cannot process any Paypal payment without this verification. If you fail to accept the 1 cent payment we send you then we cannot process your cashout and it will be canceled and returned to your ClixSense account balance.
You need to login to your Paypal account and see what the issue is. It could be a matter of verification, it's inactive, suspended or even your Paypal email address is written wrong on your ClixSense account profile. Please do not write into our helpdesk until you check the status of your Paypal account.
I'd really, really appreciate it so much if anyone could help.Thanks a lot in advance.
P.S. I,ve already checked all of my data in both accounts (ClixSense and Paypal), and it's all correct.
