Payments are coming 5 to 6 hours delayed

We are receiving payment 5 to 6 hours delayed. Buyers are also receiving notifications 5 to 6 hours delayed. Anything going on at PayPal end causing this dealyed posting of payments? Buyers are fustrated since we can not process their order unless we receives payment notification.

Please resolve it ASAP.
