Hello,
I have been using Paypal as a means of paying for online services for quite a while now, using mostly my debit card which is connected to my account. I recently bought a Paypal gift card to add balance to my account, towards which I could use. Unfortunately, when I went to add the funds using the paypal.com/cash as the gift card directed me to do, it says that my account has an Identity Verification Failure. I attempted to solve this by going to the Resolution Center, but it is asking for documents that I do not possess at this time. I wasn't expecting to have such a large problem with adding $20 to my account. Am I doing something wrong or is it just required that I upload so many verificational documents. I cannot do this so am I just out $20 that I will never see again?
Thanks,
Joey Canning
