Recently many sites are being limited by Paypal leading to monetary loss.
Would like to know how do i know beforehand that Paypal may limit this account so that no deposit is made.
Also would like to know if there are recommended Paypal PTC sites that has been certfied by Paypal and would thus be safe to use.
