Paypal is stealing my money ... ?

Ok , im extremley **bleep** off . ( excuse my language . ) . Paypal took 37$ from my bank account . For no reason , my money never showed up in my balance and it never re appeared in my bank account . I called paypal and they put me on hold so long my phone almost died . I literally CANT add money from my bank account , i tried 200$ , nope , 100$ ? I dont know it takes too long to process my **bleep** money . I need to pay someone off but of coarse I cant because when it tells me my transfer failed it wont show back up in my bank account . Im DONE playing games paypal , fix it now or im probably going to flip my **bleep** .

Did you at any time have a dispute or a failed bank transfer?

If your funds are in negative balance then next time you buy something they will take payment for that item PLUS the money owed to clear a negative balance or repay a buyer if it was a dispute.

They would then remove your right to use bank transfer as a funding source.

If you need to pay someone you should be able to do so if you use a card to fund it?
