Where is the money coming from? Is it from sales or from ebay or from mates?
Also what do you mean by other accounts? You are only allowed a max of 2 paypal accounts and only then if x1 is personal and the other x1 is premier / business.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Is he using the friends / family option when he sends the payment? Only if so then it definately should not be pending UNLESS he has sent an echeque.
Are the friends in the same country as you and not sending in another currency?
Also are you in the U.S? Only some countries can't send or receive gift payments.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Click on the payment to see if there's information about why the payment is pending... it should be near the top of the transaction details page. Also click on the pending balance amount on your PayPal Summary page... the next screen may have information about why the payment is pending.
Check your PayPal "payment received" email messages to see if they contain information about why the payments are pending.

First of All , Thanks for Replying 🙂
After Clicking my Pending balance amount on Paypal Summary, This Appeared
"Payments you receive go to your pending balance. Payments in your pending balance belong to you, but you can't use them or withdraw them. After you have a successful selling history with us, payments you receive go directly into your available balance shortly after they're sent, as long as your customer hasn't reported any problems with the purchase."
Then a Table of payment Information... Like Type, From/To, Name/Email, Data,Status,Details..
I Found nothing in the Transaction Details but the buyer name and such..
i found this in email
Your payment is pending - please process this order
Payments you receive go to your pending balance for 30 days. Payments in your pending balance belong to you, but you can't use or withdraw them. After 30 days, pending payments go to your available balance, unless PayPal is holding amounts for another reason, as specified in the PayPal User Agreement or other agreement that you have entered into with PayPal.

It looks like your payments to this particular account are subject to PayPal's funds availability (holds) and have a 30-day hold period. More information about that is here...
https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/security/accessing-funds-problem
https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/brc/funds-availability
You will probably need to contact PayPal customer support to learn the specifics about why your account has these holds and when they will stop. It could be related to having multiple accounts with other names.
