Please Help, I want re undo the payment sent so it wont be deducted.

I would to follow up this case PP-005-006-046-789.

I am a web developer working remotely.

I sent a $500 dollars to my girlfriend so that she can in cash it because the web app of Paypal is not working (Withdrawing) link is not working and I also saw errors in the developer console. 

I did manage to withdraw $300 in my remaining balance from my Paypal account to my bank using an iPhone App. Now my girlfriend sent back the money I gave her and now it charges $19 it was supposed to be free.

We disputed the action and I don't know what to do. How do we reverse the payment and eventually get back the full money?

Please help me regarding this issue.

If you sent the money as for goods/services there would be a fee for her.

On the other hand, if you sent the funds as family/friends there would be no fee.  An then, if she sent you a payment (goods/services) you will pay a fee.

When I see the money in my end it was deducted. So I received $480 total instead of $500.

So It was the third option.

Now what I want is to reverse or cancel the said payment and redo the send payment for family and friends.

How do I do that? 

Right now it is on hold and in dispute.

Whoever has the money can issue a refund and then send money again as Friends & Family payment but note that PayPal keeps the flat rate portion of the fee when refunding but returns the percentage portion.  Would you rather pay 20$ or 30 cents.

You need to look at the details page of each of your transactions to find out what happened.

What is the information on the details page of the first sending trasnsaction?

Waht are the details for the money received?  What are the fees?

What is the dispute?  Where are the details for that?

We need a clear picture of what happened and what is in progress to help.
