I have a preapproved monthly payment to donate to a friend's ministry. I don't think I set it up with my paypal account, but it is charging my debit card every month
I've just moved, so I need to readjust my finances and I need to stop this payment. It doesn't show up in my pre-approved payments tab at all. I get an email every month with a transaction ID, but I don't know what to do with it. Is there a way I can cancel the payment, or does my friend need to cancel it on his end? Do I need to take this to my bank?
P.S. your customer service is bad (read: non existent)
