Prepaid debit bar

To my understanding there was supposed to be a prepaid debit bar that I could access if I wanted to make a purchase at a store that didn't use PayPal. Where is it, or how can I find it? I want to purchase something. In searching for this debit bar I wasbles to a prepaid debit card which I applied for, but I won't get it until 7 days. O thought that y'all would give me a 16 digit number that I could instantly use to make a purchase from my pay pal account since I ran across a merchant who didn't accept PayPal. Please help me. I want to get the item while it is still in stock! THANKS!

Assume you mean a MasterCard/VISA debit card.  Stores generallya accept credit cards, not account numbers, for purchases; you'll need to wait until you get your card in the mail, even to have the nubmers.   Once received, you'll need to verify you have the card; it won't be active until then.
