it's a billing agreement or a monthly recurring charge with ancestry.
did you visited such website before?
only thing to do now is cancel the billing agreement, go to profile> payments> preapproved payments
then call ancestry and request a refund.

What transactions show on your PayPal transaction list.
We need to look at each on around the same date and try to figure out how they are related. We need your help in dislosing recent activities and attempted acitivites on yoru PayPal account.
Did you call your bank to find out more about the transaction? That should be the first place for information.

I called my bank, they gave me a bunch of pointless information that didn't help one bit. Here are some screenshots, if that'll help anything. I'm new to grown-up stuff.

It's what I really thought, but wanted more details. It's so important to post details first;if you had you might have been able to even stop the second $30 charge.
NF = Non sufficient funds
You had the automatic payment for Ancestry for $19.99 but did not have the funds in your bank account so the bank charged the $30 on the 20th.
PayPal made a second attempt on 24th and the bank charged another $30 NSF.
Best now to work with your bank about the NSF funds; that part is not a PayPal issue.
You also need to make sure you stop the Ancestry charges.
