Refund and sending item back to seller

Hi, I made a dispute and escalated to a claim. Paypal decided in my favor. They emailed me and told me to send item back to seller and provide a tracking number in order to get my refund. Will i get my refund after i provide a tracking number or when seller recieve item?

And what does this mean "Please note that your refund is based on the
PayPal Purchase Protection coverage amount listed on the auction and could
be less than the original transaction amount."?

Does that mean i wont get full refund or?

I agree! My buyer is player games. He told paypal he fixing how im in miami he in china. Paypal said sent it back and he told me not wont given me my refund or return it. Dont matter paypal said i sent it i done soon get there matter what he does i get my refund. To much scams he still going off i call cops and china and faxs the email of theats. I told him i going fbi. I know he young adults! Cant change my address in china but you on you computer was a lier. Always tell paypal he says so they have in note drop the buyer
