Okay, so I bought something on eBay for $122.50 and I paid using my debt card. Now the buyer canceled and I don't know what happened to my money, it says I was refunded to Paypal but at the time I had no paypal. So what I did was created one with the same card number and same email, but I STILL haven't received my money back
If you bought as a guest buyer via a debit card and the seller refunded then it will automatically go back to your debit card but it takes about a week to process back again.
