Reverse a payment sent with "goods and services" and change it to "friends and family".

I recently sent a payment and accidentally chose the "goods and services" option, and a fee was charged. I meant to send this payment via "friends and family" so that no fees were taken out. Is there any way I can reverse this, get my fees back, and then re-send the payment via the "friends and family" option?

You can't stop a payment for goods/services.  You can ask the recipient to refund the money; that should also refund the fees, expcept the $0.30.
