Seller won't respond to the claim, it's been 10 days and no refund.

since I brought the item on some web, there is no confirmation email or order form sent to my email, and I sent couple of emails to the customer care service and heard nothing from them. So I disputed the transaction and esclated it quickly, and now it has been 10 days past, the seller has not responded, and I just wanna know when will I get my money back???

if you have escalated your case to get Paypal involved,PAYPAL will look into it and email you on the outcome.

If the seller did not respond to the case,did not upload a tracking number showing it has been delivered,he will lose the case and the payment will be returned to you,if you have paid with a credit card,it wil go back to your credit card,check your cc statement ,it will take days for the credit to show up,so be patient.

You can check the progress of your case in your PAypal account under resolution-open case
