I was over paid and the sender is requesting I return the extra money. They paid to a secondary email (business) on my account. Can I send them money from that email? I do not want them to see the primary email (personal) on my Paypal account. Is that possible? How do I do it?
Unfortunately not. You can have up to 8 email addresses linked and confirmed to your PayPal Account. Any of the 8 addresses are capable of "receiving" funds however, when sending, only the "Primary" address is used. One possible work around: If you change the "Primary" to the one that received the funds, then when you refund that same address will be the sender.
