Sending money to Vietnam

Can someone explain how I can send money from my Paypal account to someone in Vietnam?  What if that person doesn't have a paypal account, how do they get the money transferred?  Thanks.

I would be happy to assist you with your question!

When using PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address. Here's how:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Send & Request at the top of the page.
3. Click Pay for goods or services or Send money to friends or family.
4. Enter their email address and the amount and click Next.
5. Choose your payment method, leave a note if you like and review the payment details.
6. Click Send to complete the payment.

We’ll send the recipient an email letting them know that you sent them money. If they don’t have a PayPal account, we explain how to sign up for one. Once signed up, they can then use that balance to fund future purchases or initiate a withdrawal to their bank account.

I want to send money thru PayPal to someone in Vietnam. Can they easily set up an account to do this? Or must it be a "special" paypal (Vietnam only) account? Thanks!
