Hello, I have a doubt about sending money with paypal.
I would like to send some money to a cousin, It is supposed that is free of charge for me and for my family, but recently I read a post[1] where someone send money to his family and he was charged for that.
I'm from El Salvador and my family member is from US, so I wonder how much will be the fee for sending money to him.
I have my money on paypal, I'm not using a debit or credit card neither a local bank account, so I don't understand why paypal charges for sending money, my money is on paypal only, so I don't understand the different to send money inside US and send money from El Salvador to US since I don't using any third party service just paypal.
