I bought something from someone on craigslist and we have been texting back and forth. I agreed to pay him X amount and I sent the money via paypal balance. The reciever got a confirmation email that he recieved the money but it is not showing up in his account. I have seen pictures of the email and the account page. Why is the money not showing up?
If the transaction is showing in his paypal account but the funds not in his balance then it could be that he has bought something AFTER you paid and those funds were used for his purchase.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
But that's the problem. It is NOT showing in his account. He hasn't bought anything since. It's simply not showing up in his account. He won't ship the item to me until it does show up, so I'm stuck in a stand still because of a PayPal error.
But the money is not showing up in his account, he has sent me screenshots. The only reason he won't send the item is because PayPal will not display our transaction in his account summary.
