I had a major emergency in which I needed to purchase a $1000 item.

However, I only work part-time & wife's unemployed.

How soon must balance be paid in full?

I'm sorry to hear about the emergency. 😞  I hope everything is ok.

The minimum payment is usually due the next month.  That would also be when the full balance would need to be paid to avoid interest. When you log into PayPal it should tell you when that is in the Smart Connect section if there is a balance due.
