Status: refused. You chose do not accept this payment

hi,

I've got a business account with PayPal .

its linked with Bigcartel. I chose the PayPal express option on my bigcartel web.

now, big cartel show me I've got one order and payment is completed, but PayPal show me that that payment as been refused.

when I click on "payment status:refused" for extra info, a little yellow window open up and said " you chose do not accept this payment"

I didn't make any choice. I need payments go trough.

why? What's the problem?

Check your PayPal settiings for receiving payments to make sure it is set correctly for express.

can you make a shoot screen so I can understand where to go to check if I set up properly?

did you know where I can find help to see if I set up my business correctly?

i called PayPal support 4 times and they wasn't able to help me... They keep saying it look all good.... But is not... 😱
