Ebay says it's not their issue, but paypals! This is frightening as I haven't sold using my paypal for years!
How can i get this fixed. I've been on hold forever!
This sounds frustrating. We'd be happy to look into this for you, this is a member to member Forum. If you contact us directly on Facebook or Twitter or click the Contact link at the bottom of PayPal.com we can take a look at your PayPal account to see what we can figure out.
