USPS not accepting Paypal as Payment

I have been trying to print an internation, first-class postage label at USPS for two days now. The site gives me this message:

• Sorry, your transaction has been declined. Your transaction cannot be processed at this time with this payment type.

Yes, I have money in my account. I've used two different web browsers. It also doesn't work with a credit card. I know it's probably an issue with USPS. I've contacted them and am currently on hold (for 20 minutes) with "Customer Service."

I just wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue. And if so, was there a solution to it.

I got it figured out! Thank goodness.

How did you fix it? This issue has been blocking me off and on for WEEKS. Credit cards aren't accepted either! I can maybe ship stuff once a week now.

I had the same problem and just resolved it. I used Firefox and had error message. Switched to Internet Explorer 11 and it is working! So guys just change your internet browser
